Raisin partners with justETF, Europe’s largest ETF consumer guide
  • Raisin’s German platform WeltSparen will offer portfolios created by justETF experts
  • A selection of 10 different justETF portfolios are now available
  • Cost-effective and transparent: the annual service fee starts at 0.33%

The European online consumer guide for investment, justETF (www.justETF.com), and Berlin-fintech Raisin share the aim of enabling investors to find and choose the investments that suit them best. Building on this common focus, the two companies are announcing a joint offer. Starting today, with just a few clicks justETF users will be able not only to learn and compare but also to invest for the first time: in a choice of 10 select ETF portfolios via Raisin’s German platform WeltSparen (www.WeltSparen.de).

As demand for ETFs rises, product transparency eases investors’ reservations

The demand for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) has quadrupled over the last five years in Germany, according to Google Trends. Nonetheless a lack of knowledge about them has persisted. When consumers search for the best investment opportunities but also want to learn more about ETFs, they often find themselves on Europe’s leading online investment advisor, justETF. The portal provides unbiased information for everyone from beginners to investment professionals, helping inform the decision-making process exclusively on the investor’s behalf.

Now in cooperation with Raisin, the specialists at justETF have created a series of 10 cost-effective ETF portfolios, each with its own emphasis (i.e. sustainability, high dividend yield, and other factors). These first-ever justETF-designed portfolios will be available online to users of justETF through Raisin’s German platform WeltSparen. The portfolios offer a significant savings opportunity for investors, particularly those investing smaller amounts, given the much lower fees, even than are typical for funds that are not actively managed. Moreover, consumers choosing these portfolios can benefit from automatic rebalancing and reinvestment of their dividends.

Cooperation aims to create straightforward, economical offers

The partnership between justETF and Raisin offers significant advantages for customers. Founder and chief executive of justETF Dominique Riedl noted:

“The cooperation with Raisin has produced a convenient service package for self-directed investors, making the implementation of ETF portfolios easy for everyone. And at an unbeatable price. This is the logical next step for the ETF concept. What connects justETF and Raisin is a shared focus on pursuing the investor’s best interest.”

Dominique Riedl, founder and chief executive of justETF

The new series of justETF portfolios incur service costs of just 0.33% in the first year (and 0.43% p.a. later) plus individual fund fees. All costs for management, orders, the savings plan, rebalancing, and deposits as well as payouts at any time, are included. The portfolios on offer are available with a one-time first investment of 500 EUR, and the savings plan starts at a monthly minimum investment of 50 EUR. The goal for both companies is creating as transparent as possible an offer with an exceptionally high value for customers.

Raisin CEO and co-founder Dr. Tamaz Georgadze emphasized the point:

“Offering transparent, profitable investments at low cost is in Raisin’s DNA. Likewise the idea of working hand-in-hand with the best possible partners. We have high expectations for the cooperation with justETF and are thrilled to be bringing an attractive product to our shared customers to help them actively and effectively build their wealth.”
