These are the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") that apply to this specific Raisin UK bonus.

1. The Bonus Offer

    a. The offer is a one-time cash bonus (the “Bonus”) available to new Raisin UK customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

    b. The minimum eligible deposit is from £ 10,000 , into a new fixed rate bond with a term of 12 months or longer.

Please note that FSCS protection currently applies up to £120,000 per person, per bank. Any amount above the FSCS protection limit is not covered by FSCS.

    c. The Bonus will be paid into your Raisin UK Transaction Account up to 28 days after your savings account becomes active.

2. Qualifying Period

    a. The Bonus offer runs from 00:01 BST on 15th June 2026 until 23:59 BST on 30th June 2026 (the “Qualifying Period”). You must place your order and fund the qualifying fixed rate bond within the Qualifying Period.

3. Eligibility

The Bonus is only available to new Raisin UK customers who have never previously opened or funded any savings account via Raisin UK prior to 00:01 BST on 15th June 2026.

To qualify for the Bonus you must do the following during the Qualifying Period:

    a. Register for a Raisin UK account and enter the promo code ‘WELCOME40’ in the “promo code” field at registration.

    b. Place your order for a new fixed rate bond with a term of 12 months or longer during the Qualifying Period. Easy access accounts and notice accounts are not eligible for the Bonus. The order must be for a single deposit of at least £10,000. Orders placed after the Qualifying Period will not be eligible for a Bonus.

    c. Ensure that the qualifying fixed rate bond remains open at the time we assess eligibility for the Bonus. If the order is cancelled, rejected, reversed or not successfully funded, you will not be eligible for the Bonus.

    d. The deposit must have a minimum opening balance of 10,000. Only your first deposit is eligible, and funds spread across other deposits you subsequently open will not qualify for this bonus.

4. General

    a. One registration per person. Only one Bonus per person is allowed. We may use reasonable checks to detect duplicate registrations.

    b. We may exclude a participant from this offer, or cancel or reclaim a Bonus, if we reasonably suspect they have breached these Terms, obtained the Bonus fraudulently or unlawfully, or where their Raisin UK account is closed or suspended due to a breach of Raisin UK’s Terms and Conditions.

    c. Raisin UK reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice if reasonably necessary, such as in the event of legal or regulatory changes, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent proper implementation. Should any provision of these terms be deemed invalid, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.

    d. The Bonus is a cash payment and is non-transferable. No alternative or substitute bonus will be provided.

    e. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or bonus.

    f. You are solely responsible for determining any tax liability and for reporting and paying any tax that may be due in relation to the Bonus.
