If you suspect fraud, take action immediately
If you think you’ve been targeted by a scam, or notice suspicious activity:
Block access to your Raisin account. If you still have access to your account, you can block access by logging in, clicking your initials (top right), and navigating to ‘Access & Security’. There, you can block both account access and the delivery of mobile verification numbers to your mobile device. You will need to contact Raisin to unblock your account again. (If you can’t access your account, move to step 2)
- Contact Raisin immediately via our official support channels
- Report the incident to Action Fraud via their website or by calling 0300 123 2040
- Change your passwords for email and other accounts, especially if you’ve reused them, and make sure each one is strong and unique. You can learn more about creating a strong password here

How to spot fraud attempts claiming to be Raisin
Raisin will never pressure you into quick decisions or ask for sensitive information.
Raisin will never:
call you unsolicited to make investment decisions or offer “exclusive” rates
- ask for your password, mobile verification numbers, login details, or access to your devices
- pressure you to act quickly or make immediate decisions
- ask you to transfer money to accounts not visible in your Raisin login
